Product Description
600mW 1000mW 976nm Butterfly Laser Diode with a stable wavelength tolerance is ±1nm. The high power chip is hermetically sealed in a 14pins butterfly pigtail package, the butterfly package facilitates integration and temperature control adjustment.
Fiber Amplifier Pump Source
As the core pumping device of EDFA (Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier), the 976nm wavelength can efficiently excite erbium ions, providing signal amplification for long-haul optical fiber communication systems.
Laser Radar (LiDAR)
The single-mode fiber coupling characteristic ensures beam quality, making it suitable for industrial 3D imaging and autonomous driving ranging. The high stability of the butterfly package can meet the requirements of outdoor complex environments.
