We have developed a process to fabricate high-power laser diode arrays with narrow emission spectra by adding volume Bragg gratings during the packaging process. These arrays have a spectral width of about 0.5 nanometers (FWHM) and output powers ranging from tens of watts to several kilowatts.
We offer laser diodes with central wavelengths in the range of 375 - 2000 nm and output powers between 0.2 mW and 2 W, as well as quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) and interband cascade lasers (ICLs) with central wavelengths between 3.00 and 11.00 µm. Our semiconductor laser diodes are available in a variety of packages, including standard Ø5.6 mm and Ø9 mm TO cans, butterfly, laser pigtails, and SMD packages. QCLs are available in 9 mm diameter, C-mount, D-mount, and high heat load (HHL) packages. Having fiber coupling at different wavelengths is intended to allow customers to select the right product, and also reflects the wide range of products our company has.
Some applications require simultaneous generation of multiple wavelengths of ECL. This is a unique situation in many cases. This is because the separation of multiple wavelengths is typically limited by the intracavity bandwidth of the filter and arbitrarily selected or selected for the transition.
