3mW 670nm Single Mode Fiber Coupled Diode Laser is Fabry-Perot laser with integrated photodiode. The FC670SM3 diode laser features a low threshold current and high slope efficiency resulting in a low operating current enhancing reliability.
Standard packages include; coaxial, 9-pin Package.
We also offer customized laser diodes, such as a customized wavelength, output power, or a special package to meet your special needs.
To ensure long-term reliability, the FC670SM3 undergoes rigorous testing; including aging and temperature cycling tests.
Electrically shorten LD module and store in non-extreme conditions. Suggest using the constant current power supply.
