Horizontal stacked laser diodes consist of numerous diode laser bars arranged side-by-side. This arrangement allows for higher output power and greater beam uniformity, as the individual diodes can be individually controlled and adjusted.

Applications
Horizontal Stacked Laser Diodes are designed to condense light beams emitted from the internal LD stack module and irradiate them onto a target object. The laser beams from the Horizontal Stacked Laser Diode modules can focused using prisms and lenses into a light spot or rectangle or line that has a high energy density optimized for dermatology/aesthetics, sensing, defense and materials processing applications such as metal processing, welding, heat treatment and marking.
