The 1000W 808nm VCSEL die diode laser not only delivers exceptional power and efficiency but also boasts a remarkable operational lifetime exceeding 10,000 hours, ensuring enhanced stability and reliability. Recognizing the inherent limitations of individual VCSEL emitters in terms of size and output power, we also offer VCSEL arrays. In these arrays, VCSEL chips are densely packed to collectively generate a significantly higher output power level.
