600mW 830nm Butterfly Laser Diode for Raman Spectroscopy
This 830 nm, 600 mW wavelength stabilized laser diode provides high ex-fiber or free space output power at a narrow linewidth, stabilized by a Bragg Grating. These high stability sources are suitable for applications such as biology analysis, spectroscopy, metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation and opto-electronic applications requiring high power and a narrow spectrum. The laser is packaged in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package, and includes a high power internal TEC for temperature control and laser output stability.
