320W 976nm Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Module
high brightness fiber coupled diode laser module providing more than 320W output power from a 200μm NA 0.22 fiber at the wavelength of 976nm.The high brightness module has an electrical to optical efficiency better than 45% and power enclosure more than 90% within NA 0.17. It is based on multi-single emitters using optical and polarization beam combining and fiber coupling technique.
Their multi-single emitter based design delivers very good heat dissipation through the package which leads to excellent thermal performance over a long lifetime. Several key features include 1040nm to 1200nm feedback protection with feedback isolation > 30 dB across the range.
