These single emitter laser diodes can be purchase "stand alone" or with a turn-key laser diode control module. They offer up to 10 Watts of CW output power or 10 Watts pulsed output power. The typical emission bandwidth is 5 nm, and the laser is coupled to multimode 200 μm fiber with NA = 0.22.
