830nm 2W Diode Laser Chips are single emitter laser chip. The so-called single emitter is what we often call "laser chip". Its manufacturing process is the same as that of semiconductor chip, which goes through a series of processes such as silicon wafer manufacturing, IC design, IC manufacturing, IC sealing and testing. The final chip is called a single diode laser.

 

The single laser emitter has only one luminous point, which is easy for fiber coupling. Therefore, it is commonly used as the pump source of fiber laser (mostly medium and low power), which can effectively reduce the mutual influence of thermal effects, and is easy to repair, maintain and replace.
