The APD-TIA TO46 is easy to integrate into optical systems and is compatible with a wide range of optical components and modules.
In addition, the APD-TIA TO46 has been designed with robustness and reliability in mind. It features a hermetically sealed package that provides protection against environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and electromagnetic interference.
The product integrates a high speed Photodiode APD and TIA with AGC.
