2W 850nm VCSEL SMD Diode

Another important feature is the comparatively low temperature dependence of the emitted wavelengths. Upon customer request, the presented VCSELs are also available as high-performance arrays.
Surface emitting VCSEL diodes feature high reliability and beam quality. Their wavelengths are mostly independent from temperature.
