2W 850nm VCSEL SMD Diode
Due to their reliability and high beam quality, VCSEL diodes (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers) are particularly popular for many applications. Another important feature is the comparatively low temperature dependence of the emitted wavelengths. Upon customer request, the presented VCSELs are also available as high-performance arrays.
Surface emitting VCSEL diodes feature high reliability and beam quality. Their wavelengths are mostly independent from temperature.
VCSEL diodes in surface mount SMD package are suitable for optical applications of sensing, automatic control, reading, free-space communication, pickup head, and many other applications.
