Micro-Channel Cooler (MCC) is designed for high power CW diode bar up to 60W and 150W. The Micro-Channel Cooler is a high efficiency heat-exchange heatsink. These MCC package can provide up to >1KW CW output power from a single stack for directly heat treatment for industry, such as metal hardening, laser cladding, welding and etc. It is also widely used for hair removal applications.
