10W 793nm Fiber Coupled Laser Diode
Key features of these diodes include an output of 10 watts, center wavelength of 793nm, and a 105µm Fiber core diameter. These high power lasers are manufactured by adopting specialized fiber-coupling techniques, resulting in volume products with a high efficiency, stability and superior beam quality. These products are achieved by transforming the asymmetric radiation from the laser diode chip into an output fiber with small core diameter by using special micro optics. Inspection and burn-in procedures ensure high reliability, stability and long lifetime.
