Fiber-coupled hair removal is based on the principle of selective photothermolysis using an intense pulsed light source. This method uses wide spectrum technology and can permanently remove hair from skin and hair of different colors and different parts. The basic principle is that melanocytes absorb light of a specific wavelength, causing the hair follicles to generate heat, thereby selectively destroying the hair follicles and removing the hair while avoiding damage to surrounding tissues
