Based on multi-coupling and temperature control technology solutions, optical output diode lasers can meet users' special requirements for power, brightness, wavelength control and power-to-weight ratio. The wavelength range of the product is from 792nm to 975nm, with a wide range of optional power. Laser diodes are semiconductor devices made from two different materials. Common laser diode materials include indium, gallium, arsenide, and phosphide. When a forward electrical bias is applied to the P-N junction, the bias causes holes and electrons on opposite sides of the P-N junction to combine. This combination releases a photon each time it occurs. The surface area of the P-N junction has a mirror-like finish. This is called the cavity. When photons are released, they travel along the cavity and out through one or more facets. It works the same way.
