150W 969nm Stabilized Wavelength Fiber Coupled Diode Laser
A 150W 969nm wavelength stabilized fiber coupled diode laser is high-power laser device that emits light at a fixed wavelength of 969nm. Overview
The laser diode consists of a semiconductor laser bar that is mounted on a heatsink and coupled to a 105um core fiber with a numerical aperture of 0.22. The fiber delivers the laser light to the target with high efficiency and low loss. The laser diode has a hermetically sealed 2-pin package that measures 160mm x 73mm. The operating current and voltage are 13A and 35V, respectively. The threshold current is 1A.
