150W 976nm Wavelength Stabilized Laser Diode

Brandnew expands its wavelength stabilized diode family with a new high-brightness 976 nm diode of 150 W power from a 105 µm core and 0.22NA fiber pigtail. Utilizing volume grating, the emitting wavelength is stabilized at 976 nm and insensitive to operating temperature and current. The diode module comes with a hermetically sealed 2-pins package measuring 165 mm x 55 mm. The module is rigorously tested and validated to ensure long term reliability and long life. It is an ideal pumping source for high power fiber laser.

9W, 18W, 27W, 60W, 150W or 180W for MM fiber output power

105μm, 106.5μm, 200μm core diameter for MM fiber

0.22 N.A. for MM fiber

Narrow bandwidth less than 0.7nm
