1. Impurities and dust on the laser emitting surface: when laser by stimulated emission of radiation, partial laser beam was absorbed by the impurities and dust, and form a"spot"which will directly damage the laser interface. Repeated using in that case also causes lower laser energy transmission and shorten laser lifetime.
2.Unreasonable design of water channel in the laser cavity and poor materials. Water spilt or condensation happened during laser operation, will shorten laser lifetime and completely destroys the laser. Of course, it will increase the after-sales cost and reduces customer satisfaction.
