Description
This 2327nm 5mW TO-CAN laser diode is a specialized, high-stability source optimized for methane (CH₄) sensing via TDLAS. With single-frequency output, built-in thermal stabilization, and a rugged TO package, it delivers precise, long-term performance for industrial safety, environmental monitoring, coal mining, and portable gas analysis. Its narrow linewidth, low noise, and GaSb-based design ensure ultra-high sensitivity and reliability in demanding field and industrial environments.
