Focuslight Laser Repair & Refurbishment-Process:
- Submit information and samples
- Send the laser diode head to be repaired;
- If the original cannot be sent back, please provide the diode structure diagram and size;
- We can repair the original or redesign and manufacture an equivalent stack.
- Disassembly and testing
- Disassemble the laser stack and test the microchannel stack (such as Clearlight LD808,ILOODA, Dilas) piece by piece to identify the usable light strips;
- For domestic macrochannel stacks, test them as a whole;
- If there are usable light strips, the repair cost will be reduced accordingly.
- Reassembly and aging test
- In a clean laboratory, install qualified light strips and German imported microchannel cooling fins on the heat dissipation base;
- Strictly perform assembly and performance tests;
- Each stack can only be delivered after completing 8 hours of burn-in aging verification.
Clearlight LD808/ILOODA/Dilas Handle Repair Process：
Issue Confirmation:
Send photos/videos of the faulty handle or laser head (different views of the stack, especially front view and bottom view pictures) to confirm the bars number and water holes position.via email or WhatsApp.
Send Samples:
Send the faulty Alma Soprano XL/ICE handle or 808 nm laser diode stack.
Free Inspection & Quotation:
Our engineers will inspect and provide you with a free repair quote.
Confirm Repair:
Once you confirm the quote, we will start the repair.
Replace Light Bar:
Remove the damaged laser light bar and install a new one.
Acceptance Report:
After the repair is completed, a test report, photos and videos will be sent to you.
Packaging and Shipment:
The refurbished handle/laser head will be properly packaged and shipped back to you
