The principle of RoHS Compliance Diode Laser Chips is based on the process of stimulated radiation, which realizes the conversion of electrical signals into optical signals through semiconductor materials and then outputs laser.
The single emitter laser diode series has been designed to provide higher output power, and higher efficiency required for pumping next generation fiber lasers and for other high power laser diode applications.The single emitter laser diodes are p-side down mounted on an optimized submount providing very low thermal resistance.
The Device is an Open-Heat sink Diode Laser; it may be operated in clean room atmosphere or dust-protected housing only. Operating temperature and relative humidity must be controlled to avoid water condensation on the laser facets. Any contamination or contact of the laser facet must be avoided.
