The output power of this product under the continuous current test is 10.5W@10A; the electro-optical conversion efficiency is 57.4%; the slope efficiency is 1.3W/A; and the wavelength is 807.4nm.
Under the condition of frequency 10Hz and pulse width 200us, the device was tested for COD. The highest COD was 53.8W@50A, which reached more than 5 times the rated operating current, as shown in Figure 2. After aging for 1200 hours at 1.2 times the rated current, there is no power attenuation, as shown in Figure 3.
