1W 405nm TO-mount Laser Diode
These 405nm blue laser diodes up to 1000mW of optical output power. These devices are multi-mode and are offered in an industry standard 9 mm TO-can package with no monitor PD. These lasers feature low operating current levels of < 1000 mA and less than 5 volts of forward voltage required. Gallium Nitride laser diodes at 405nm emit a violet/blue wavelength and are used in many diverse applications. Applications for this violet laser include direct imaging, display and biomedical products and research. These lasers are mounted in TO-can with a 9 mm diameter. The beam's spatial mode is multiple transverse mode. These high power blue diode lasers can achieve output power levels up to 1 Watt in a CW mode of operation.
