We are pleased to introduce a laser diode stack system today,
which is suitable for smoke elimination and can also be applied to a wide range of laser applications.

The laser power supply plays a crucial role in operating the diode laser stack.
It is designed to precisely control driving current, pulse width, and repetition rate, allowing users to adjust the laser output according to specific application needs.
With this power supply, you can:
1:Set the current level to control the laser's output power.
2:Adjust the pulse width (e.g., from microseconds to milliseconds), which affects the laser's energy per pulse.
3:Configure pulse frequency, enabling continuous or pulsed operation as required.
4:Switch between CW (continuous wave) and QCW (quasi-continuous wave) modes, depending on the laser module.
This flexibility makes the power supply highly suitable for a wide range of applications such as material processing, smoke clearing, scientific experiments, and more. The ability to fine-tune laser parameters ensures optimal performance and safety during operation.
If needed, we can also provide preset configurations or assist with parameter optimization based on your project requirements.

The water chiller is an essential part of the laser system:
Its main function is to maintain a stable operating temperature for the laser diode stack by efficiently removing excess heat generated during operation.
Key roles of the water chiller include:
1:Protecting the laser: Prevents overheating, which can lead to performance degradation or permanent damage to the laser diodes.
2:Ensuring stability: Keeps the laser operating within a constant temperature range, which helps maintain stable output power and wavelength.
3:Extending lifespan: Reduces thermal stress on the components, significantly extending the service life of the laser.
4:Safe operation: Many chillers come with alarms for over-temperature, low water flow, or water shortage to ensure safe and reliable operation.
For high-power diode stacks, efficient water cooling is critical. We recommend using clean deionized or distilled water, and regularly checking the water flow and temperature to ensure optimal performance.

Operating Instructions for Laser Diode Stack
The diode laser stack is a high-power laser module designed for industrial and research applications. To ensure safe and effective operation, please follow the steps below:
1. Preparation Before Use
Ensure all cables and connectors are securely fastened.
Make sure the water chiller is properly connected and filled with clean deionized or distilled water.
Confirm that the power supply matches the laser's specifications (voltage, current, pulse mode, etc.).
Never power on the laser without proper cooling.
2. Start-Up Procedure
Turn on the water chiller and confirm that water is flowing normally through the laser stack.
Turn on the power supply (do not enable output yet).
Set the working parameters:
Current (A)
Pulse width (μs or ms)
Repetition frequency (Hz)
Once water flow is confirmed and parameters are set, enable the laser output.
3. During Operation
Monitor the water temperature and flow rate continuously.
Do not exceed the rated current or duty cycle.
Avoid sudden power on/off cycles to reduce thermal stress.
4. Shut-Down Procedure
Disable the laser output (stop current supply).
Turn off the power supply.
Keep the chiller running for 3–5 minutes to cool down the laser before shutting it off.
5. Safety Tips
Always wear laser safety goggles rated for the appropriate wavelength.
Never look directly at the laser beam, even at low power.
Do not operate the laser in flammable or reflective environments.
Use proper heat dissipation and avoid blockages in airflow or water circulation.
