Therefore, it is often used as the pump source of fiber lasers (mostly low and medium power), which can effectively reduce the mutual influence of thermal effects, and is easy to repair, maintain, and replace. The low-current drive power supply has a simple structure and low cost; and because of its large number of light-emitting points, the single bar laser chip has a higher light-emitting power, so it is often used as a pump source or direct light source for high-power fiber lasers and all-solid-state lasers. There are also many applications in military industry and other fields. At present, the maximum power of a single laser tube in China can reach 20W, while the laser bar can achieve an output of 300W or higher.
