In order to realize the homogenization and shaping of the high-power laser diode stack beam, a homogenization system based on the slow-column collimation of the double-column lens is proposed. The double-column lens is used to compress the beam divergence angle of the high-fill factor laser diode in the slow axis direction, and reduce the imaging. The numerical aperture of the microlens in the multi-aperture beam integrator reduces the volume of the homogenization system. The range of parameters of the double-column lens is determined by three qualification conditions, and the double-column lens is optimized by aberration analysis to achieve slow The residual divergence angle of the beam in the axial direction is 1.74°. Combined with the imaging multi-aperture beam integrator, the homogenization system of the laser diode stack is designed and tested experimentally. The experimental results show that the center spot size is about 6 mm×6 mm. Inside, the spot unevenness is 8.11%.
