This 3W 1550nm F-Mount laser diode is equipped with built-in FAC fast-axis collimating lens. It adopts standard F package with superior heat dissipation performance. The pre-collimated beam lowers optical system development cost. It is widely used as core light source for long-distance LiDAR, free-space communication and high-precision optical sensing equipment.
