1. Higher conversion efficiency: The efficiency of existing traditional laser technology is incomparable with fiber lasers.

2. Cooling: Due to the high efficiency of fiber lasers, the requirements for cooling are low and electricity consumption is low. Low-power fiber lasers only need air cooling, and high-power fiber lasers are water-cooled, which is simpler and lower in cost compared with other equivalent laser technologies. Cooling also depends on the particularity of the production environment.

3. Consumables/spare parts: Because the fiber laser adopts a more efficient design (higher heat management efficiency) and a carrier-grade single-core junction pump source, it saves you spare parts (such as lamps and semiconductor arrays) , Labor and downtime. This means that during the lifetime of the laser, you don't have to replace the module. If you use an all-solid-state fiber-to-fiber laser, you will save more, so you do not need to adjust or maintain optical devices like traditional lasers, such as cavity mirrors, crystals, liquids, and filters.

4. Maintenance: Fiber lasers do not require maintenance or only a small amount of maintenance, depending on the output power and other factors, while traditional lasers do not. No need to adjust optics, no warm-up time and consumables/spare parts. This saves you a lot of maintenance costs.

5. Capital cost: A fiber laser can complete cutting, welding, drilling and other operations at the same time, so you don't have to purchase different laser systems separately for different operations, thereby reducing your investment cost.
