The technical breakthrough of the double-junction laser chip is based on the single-junction 9xx nm chip technology that has been mass-produced, and the 915nm 320um stripe wide single-tube laser chip is now widely popular in the industry, which can reliably output 45W power under continuous working conditions at room temperature, and the electro-optical conversion efficiency exceeds 65%. The output power of 500um bar wide single junction chip can reach 74W under continuous working conditions.
