Description
3.6W 1470nm COS Laser Diode chip on submodule includes a submount having a top surface, bottom surface and side surfaces. Brandnew Laser offers Chips on a Submount that have a very small footprint. This chip on submount laser diode package requires soldering to heatsink correctly. We do have some options, including fast axis lensing. And the chip adopts new epitaxial structure design and material epitaxy, advanced non-pump window design and preparation technology, and wet and dry etching combined with self-aligned process technology to control the consistency of the strip width, especially to increase the manufacturing yield, also to reduce laser chip cost.
